At the Park Walk we take the greatest of care when processing your order. Ensuring it is carefully picked and packed as fast as possible.
All orders will be dispatched the same working day if placed before 4.00 PM and all other will be sent the next working day. Subject to availability and security payment checks.
Please note if you enter your address incorrect and we have to re-post your order you may be re-charged for postage...........
Shipping and Handling Cost:
All orders only cost £3.75 for the posting and packing but if you spend over £30 it is completely free!
If over £30 We will send it recorded delivery on a first class service so you can save and still get your item quick.
Need it quick and must be the next day?
We offer guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm for £6 and for a Saturday guaranteed is £9

With this service we will not consider an item lost until 28 days after posting and as such no replacements goods will be sent until then.
Please note the cost of shipping is our cost ,including picking and packing, to you and not necessarily the base cost of the service provider.
Park Walk does not currently ship to the USA due to sale restrictions.
Returns:
Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by Park Walk by either phone, fax, post or e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Park Walk will be sent back at your cost.
All items returned are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Park Walk.
If you would like to return your items for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Please be aware for returns or exchanges postage refunds will only be given for 1st class or recorded post unless we specifically ask you to send back your returns using Special Next Day Delivery.
If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies
Damaged items/ Faulty products
Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.
In the event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us. In the UK, items should be sent back via First Class Recorded Delivery. We will not accept extra charges for other courier services or guaranteed next day services. Overseas, items should only be sent back using your country’s national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for UPS or other overnight courier services.
